2017 conference

The weekend will kick-off Friday at 7pm with our Meet & Greet located in the Marriott conference room. This is always a fun time to socialize, meet new friends and exchange stories. The Tracheal Stenosis Foundation will be providing hors d'oeuvres, raffle prizes and there will be a cash bar available.

The 4th annual conference will begin at 11am in Glenn Auditorium at Emory Hospital Midtown located at 550 Peachtree St. NE Atlanta, GA. The Foundation has charted a shuttle service to and from the conference for those staying at the host hotel. If you need the shuttle please be in the hotel lobby no later than 9:45am.

Once the conference is complete, please feel free to stay and mingle or join one of the small group/breakout sessions. For those who participated last year in the focus groups hosted by Dr Gelbard, there will be focus group follow-up sessions. Lunch will be provided.

Shuttle service back to Marriott will begin @ 4pm. The rest of the day is for you to enjoy at your leisure. Please visit our website forum for Information on attractions and restaurants.

On Sunday morning, join the TSF team for brunch at 10am at the Marriott. The hotel has a breakfast buffet and a la carte menu option available for guests to purchase. This is a great time to network or share your ideas for future events, projects, and fundraisers. Please note that brunch is not covered by the foundation.

Some of the conference attendees have expressed interest in sharing rides to and from the airport or even sharing a hotel room. If you are interested in either please comment below.

This year we are looking forward to reconnecting with old friends and making new ones – from around the corner and around the world. There is something really special about being around others who know and understand what we live with day to day. It is a feeling that cannot easily be described. We work hard to host the conference each year and to keep it as a free event. And this wouldn’t be possible without your donations. So we Thank you for your continued support. Donations can still be made on our website , www.stopts.org as well as during the conference at the registration table.
